Crispy Shrimp

In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Dip each shrimp first into the egg, then dredge in the flour mixture to coat. Shake off excess flour.

Press the coated shrimp into the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, and salt. Stir until smooth.

Refrigerate the crema for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Guacamole

In a mixing bowl, scoop out the ripe avocados and mash them with a fork until desired consistency.
