Fish Platter Ingredients

Method

Fish Platter Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade. Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill or charbroiler to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.

  3. 3

    Cook the Fish

Remove the fish from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. For blackened style, cook a bit longer until a charred crust forms.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the fish from the grill and place them on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
