Cut and Fry Tortillas
Cut the corn tortillas into wedges. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the tortilla wedges in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt while still warm.
