Method

For the Smoked Salmon Rillette

  1. 1

    Prepare the Base

In a medium bowl, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and unsalted butter. Use a fork to mash and mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

  2. 2

    Add Flavorings

Stir in lemon juice, capers, and fresh dill. Season with black pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. 3

    Chill

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

For the Everything Cracker

  1. 4

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

  2. 5

    Add Wet Ingredients

Drizzle in the olive oil and water. Stir until the mixture forms a dough.

  3. 6

    Roll and Cut

On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.

  4. 7

    Bake

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the cut crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. 8

    Cool

Remove from the oven and allow the crackers to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
