Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash and Prepare Fruits

Thoroughly wash the strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them into halves. Rinse the blueberries and set aside.

  2. 2

    Slice Kiwi

Peel the kiwi using a sharp knife. Cut each kiwi into rounds and then into quarters.

  3. 3

    Slice Bananas

Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into rounds, about half an inch thick.

  4. 4

    Prepare Pineapple

Remove the skin and eyes from the pineapple using a sharp knife. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized cubes.

Mixing

  1. 5

    Combine Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine the washed and cut strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, and pineapple cubes.

  2. 6

    Add Honey and Mint

Drizzle honey over the mixed fruits and toss gently to combine. Tear the mint leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the bowl. Toss again to incorporate the mint flavor.

Serving

  1. 7

    Chill and Serve

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled in individual bowls or on a large serving platter.
