Prepare the Salmon Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and unsalted butter. Use a fork to mash and blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Add Flavorings
Add the chopped fresh dill, chopped capers, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the salmon mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Chill the Rillette
Transfer the salmon rillette to a serving bowl or airtight container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt.

Add Wet Ingredients
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the water and olive oil. Stir until the mixture forms a dough.

Roll Out the Dough
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into desired cracker shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the Crackers
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Serve the chilled salmon rillette with the freshly baked everything seeded crackers.
