Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil over high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook Pasta

Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 3

    Chop Vegetables

While the pasta cooks, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 4

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. 5

    Add Vegetables

Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 6

    Mix Pasta and Vegetables

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the drained pasta to the skillet. Toss well to combine.

  2. 7

    Season the Dish

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and parsley.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate and Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and herbs if desired.
