Cooking Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil over high heat.

Cook Pasta
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preparing Vegetables

Chop Vegetables
While the pasta cooks, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Vegetables
Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Combining Ingredients

Mix Pasta and Vegetables
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the drained pasta to the skillet. Toss well to combine.

Season the Dish
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and parsley.
Serving

Plate and Serve
Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and herbs if desired.
