Method
Prepare the Salad Base
- 1
Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Tear or chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
- 2
Prepare Cherry Tomatoes and Cucumber
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds or half moons and add to the salad.
Grill the Chicken
- 3
Season the Chicken
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts. Season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 4
Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Make the Caesar Dressing
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Salad
- 6
Slice and Add Chicken
Once the chicken has rested, slice it into strips and place it on top of the salad base.
- 7
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- 8
Finish with Garnishes
Sprinkle croutons and shredded Parmesan cheese on top of the salad for garnish.
