Pork Belly Preparation

Slow Roast the Pork Belly
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the pork belly with salt and pepper, then place it in a roasting pan. Roast for about 2-3 hours or until the meat is tender and the skin is crispy. Allow to cool, then slice into thick pieces.
Turkey Breast Preparation

Cook the Turkey Breast
Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Basil Aioli Preparation

Make the Basil Aioli
In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, fresh basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.
Assemble the Sandwich

Build Your BLT
Toast slices of sourdough bread until golden brown. Spread a generous amount of basil aioli on one side of each slice. Layer lettuce, sliced tomato, turkey breast, and pork belly on one slice. Top with another slice of bread, aioli side down. Cut in half and serve immediately.
