Chop the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted leaves. Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Prepare the Vegetables
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Peel the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, and then chop it into half-moon shapes. Peel the red onion and slice it thinly.

Add Feta
Crumble the feta cheese over the chopped romaine and vegetables in the salad bowl.

Mix the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembly

Combine Salad and Dressing
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl. Toss the salad gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve the Mediterranean salad immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving for a refreshing taste.
