Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the granola.

Prepare baking sheet
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the granola from sticking.
Mixing Ingredients

Combine dry ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped pecans, dried cranberries, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir well to mix evenly.

Combine wet and dry mixtures
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated.
Baking

Spread the mixture
Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure it's in an even layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting. Bake until golden brown and fragrant.

Add fresh peaches
Once the granola is out of the oven, let it cool for about 10 minutes, then fold in the diced fresh peaches.
