Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
While the chicken is resting, wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
- 3
Slice the Chicken
Once rested, slice the grilled chicken breasts into strips and set aside.

In the bowl with the chopped romaine, add the sliced grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and toss gently to combine until the lettuce and chicken are evenly coated.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle croutons and Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad. Add black pepper to taste.
- 6
Serve
Serve immediately while the chicken is warm and the croutons are crunchy.
