Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Marinara Sauce

Cook the Aromatics
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Season
Stir in the canned crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spaghetti

Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Assembly

Combine and Serve
Add the baked meatballs to the marinara sauce and gently stir to coat. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti. Top with additional grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
