Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cabbage

Chop the cabbage into thin strips and place them in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with salt and set aside for about 10 minutes to soften.

  2. 2

    Dice the Tomatoes

Wash the tomatoes and dice them into small pieces. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and let cool on paper towels. Once cool, crumble into small pieces.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In the bowl with the softened cabbage, add the diced tomatoes and crumbled bacon. Drizzle with olive oil, and add black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.

  2. 5

    Serve with Pretzel Chips

Transfer the tomato-bacon-cabbage mixture to a serving bowl and serve with pretzel chips on the side for dipping.
