- 1
Boil Water
Fill a large pot with water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Cook Tagliatelle
Once the water is boiling, add the tagliatelle and cook according to package instructions, usually about 7-10 minutes, until al dente.
- 3
Drain Pasta
Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.

In a large skillet or saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- 5
- 6
Add Garlic
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.
- 7

Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- 8
