Preparing the Ham

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

Score the Ham
Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern. This allows the glaze to penetrate the meat.

Insert cloves into the intersections of the scored diamonds for added flavor.

In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard until well combined.

Check for Doneness
The ham is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Rest the Ham
Once done, remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.

Trim the ends of the green beans and steam or boil them for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain.
