Party Pack Components

Method

Party Pack Components

  1. 1

    Prepare sliders

If using frozen sliders and proteins, follow package instructions to bake or air-fry until fully heated (internal temp 165°F/74°C for chicken). For fresh patties/tenders: season lightly with salt and pepper and grill or pan-sear beef sliders to medium (internal 160°F/71°C) and cook chicken until 165°F/74°C. Keep cooked items warm on a sheet pan covered with foil.

  2. 2

    Toast buns

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Halve brioche slider buns and brush cut sides with melted butter. Arrange on sheet pans, cut side up, and toast in oven 5–7 minutes until golden. Optionally sprinkle sesame seeds on top before toasting.

  3. 3

    Slice produce

While proteins cook, thinly slice tomatoes and red onion. Wash and drain lettuce, tearing leaves into slider-ready pieces. Arrange pickles in a small bowl for self-assembly or place on trays.

  4. 4

    Cheese & assembly prep

Slice cheddar (or break pre-sliced) to slider size. Lay out buns, proteins, cheese, and produce on separate platters in assembly order so guests or servers can easily build sliders: bottom bun, protein, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, condiments, top bun. Place toothpicks through assembled sliders to secure.

  5. 5

    Sauce setup

Put ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce and hot sauce into serving bowls with small spoons or pump dispensers. Label each sauce if desired.

Sides & Forkable Items

  1. 6

    Cook fries & onion rings

Follow package directions for the total quantities. For large batches, use oven space or multiple air-fryer baskets: spread fries and onion rings in single layers and bake/air-fry until crisp and golden (usually 12–20 minutes at 400°F/200°C), shaking or turning once for even cooking. Keep finished products warm on sheet pans in the oven at 200°F (95°C) while remaining batches cook.

  2. 7

    Prepare mozzarella sticks & tenders

Cook mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders per package instructions until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C) for chicken, and cheese is melted for sticks. Fry or bake as directed. Transfer to warmed pans and tent with foil to maintain heat and crispness.

  3. 8

    Arrange sides and dips

Portion fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and tenders into shallow pans or trays for self-serve. Place ranch and marinara in bowls alongside, with ladles or tongs for serving. Keep extra napkins nearby.

  4. 9

    Prepare slaw

If making cilantro-lime slaw fresh: combine shredded cabbage and carrots (12 cups total) with 1 cup chopped cilantro, juice of 4 limes (about 1 cup), 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbs sugar, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Toss to combine and chill until service. If using pre-made, transfer to serving bowls and chill.

Garnishes & Serving

  1. 10

Set up a service station: place sliders, buns, cheeses, produce, and condiments in logical order for assembly. Put sides in separate hot-holding pans or insulated containers. Keep toothpicks and napkins within reach.

  2. 11

If assembling some sliders ahead: assemble no more than 1 hour before service to avoid soggy buns. Layer bottom bun, protein, cheese (slightly melted from hot patty), lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles, then spread top bun with chosen condiment and secure with a toothpick.

  3. 12

Label trays for dietary needs (beef, chicken, vegetarian) and replenish items from warmers as the party progresses. For a polished finish, garnish side trays with chopped parsley or extra pickle slices.
