Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.

Season the Cauliflower
Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it back in the large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat thoroughly.

Serve
Serve the buffalo cauliflower with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
