Method

Prepare Honey Syrup

  1. 1

    Make syrup

Combine equal parts honey and warm water (for this recipe: 1/2 oz honey + 1/2 oz warm water) in a small container. Stir until honey is fully dissolved and syrup is homogeneous. Chill briefly if desired.

Build & Shake

  1. 2

Add 2 oz Seedlip Citrus Garden, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, 1 oz fresh pineapple juice, and 1/2 oz honey syrup into a cocktail shaker.

  2. 3

Fill the shaker with ice (enough to nearly fill the shaker). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is chilled and slightly frosty.

  3. 4

Prepare a chilled coupe or rocks glass by adding fresh ice if you prefer it on the rocks (or leave chilled and dry for a coupe).

  4. 5

Double-strain the cocktail into the prepared glass using both the shaker strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove small ice chips and any pulp for a clean pour.

Garnish & Serve

  1. 6

Express the lemon twist over the drink by holding it skin-side down above the surface and giving it a sharp twist to release the oils. Run the twist lightly around the rim and drop it into the glass.

  2. 7

Float a lime wheel on the surface or place it on the rim. If using, add a small pineapple wedge or leaf for visual appeal.

  3. 8

Serve immediately. Suggestion: provide a straw for easier sipping if served over ice.
