Method

Cooking the Meats

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausages

In the same pan, add the sausage links and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ham

In the same pan, briefly heat the ham slices for about 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Remove from the pan.

Cooking the Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Dice the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 10-12 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. 5

    Sauté the Potatoes

In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the boiled potatoes and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden and crispy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Making the Pancakes

  1. 6

    Prepare the Pancake Batter

In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with water or milk until just combined. Do not overmix.

  2. 7

    Cook the Pancakes

In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter to form silver dollar pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 8

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack three eggs and cook to your desired doneness (scrambled, fried, or poached) over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Toasting the Bread

  1. 9

    Toast the Bread

While everything else is cooking, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.
