Method

Preparation of Meats

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy on both sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the sausage links and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning frequently, until browned and cooked through. Remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Heat the Ham

In the skillet, add the diced ham and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through. Set aside with the cooked bacon and sausage.

Egg Mixture

  1. 4

    Whisk the Eggs

In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.

Cooking the Mixture

  1. 5

    Combine and Cook

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook undisturbed for a minute. Then, gently stir the eggs, allowing them to cook evenly.

  2. 6

    Add Cheeses and Meats

Once the eggs are almost set, add the cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, sausage pieces, and ham. Stir gently to combine and let cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve Hot

Once cooked, remove from heat and serve immediately on plates. Enjoy your hearty Hangover dish!
