Cook the Onions and Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Combine All Ingredients
In the large skillet with the corned beef hash, add the cooked bacon and sausage. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Add Cheddar and Green Onions
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions over the hash. Cover the skillet and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
