Method

Sausage Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sausage Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine ground sausage, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all spices are evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage Patties

Form the mixture into 4 equal patties. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Egg Preparation

  1. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and black pepper. In the same skillet used for the sausage, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently until fully cooked. Remove from heat.

Sandwich Assembly

  1. 4

    Prepare the Sandwich

Slice the avocado and green onions. Toast the English muffins until golden brown. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each half of the muffins.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

On the bottom half of each muffin, layer a sausage patty, scrambled eggs, avocado slices, and a sprinkle of green onions. Top with cheddar cheese and place the other half of the muffin on top.

Potato Side Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and dice the potatoes into cubes. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 7

    Roast the Potatoes

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through cooking.
