In a large bowl, mix the frozen hashbrowns with shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, salt, and black pepper.

In a skillet over medium heat, add the hashbrown mixture and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
Candied Bacon

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the bacon strips on the baking sheet and sprinkle brown sugar over each strip. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and caramelized.
