Method

Vegan Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tofu

Drain the tofu and crumble it into a bowl. This will serve as the base for your vegan eggs.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

Add turmeric powder, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, black salt, and olive oil to the crumbled tofu. Mix well until combined.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the tofu mixture. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through. Add fresh spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.

Vegan Sausage

  1. 4

    Cook the Sausage

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add vegan sausage patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.

Vegan Pancakes

  1. 5

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  2. 6

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, mix together almond milk, maple syrup, olive oil, and vanilla extract.

  3. 7

    Make the Batter

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.

  4. 8

    Cook the Pancakes

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Potatoes & Toast

  1. 9

    Prepare the Potatoes

Dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes, season with salt, and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden.

  2. 10

    Toast the Bread

While the potatoes are cooking, toast the vegan bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
