Method

Preparation of Potatoes

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into small cubes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Potatoes

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the cubed potatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Cooking the Meat

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 4

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, cook the sausage links according to package instructions, usually about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked. Remove and cut into slices.

  3. 5

    Cook the Ham

In the same skillet, add the ham slices and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until heated through.

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 6

    Cook the Eggs

In a clean skillet, crack the eggs into the skillet over medium heat. Cook to your preferred doneness: sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled, usually about 3-5 minutes.

Toast Preparation

  1. 7

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet. Once toasted, spread butter on each slice.

Plating

  1. 8

    Serve the Dish

On a plate, arrange the cooked potatoes, eggs, and your choice of meat (bacon, sausage, or ham) alongside the buttered toast. Enjoy your meal!
