Method

Burger Patty Preparation

1

Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until well combined.

2

Form Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.

Cooking the Burger

3

Preheat Grill or Skillet

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

4

Cook Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until browned. Flip the patties and immediately place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burger

5

Prepare the Buns

Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

6

Build the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Cook the Sides

7

Cook Fries

Prepare frozen fries according to package instructions, typically baking or frying them until they are golden brown and crispy.
