Method

Eggs and Meat Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, crack open 3 eggs and cook them to your desired doneness (scrambled, fried, or poached). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ham

In the same skillet, add 2 slices of ham and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until heated through and slightly crispy.

  3. 3

Add 2 sausage links to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Cook the Bacon

Finally, add 2 strips of bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway.

Potato Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice 2 medium potatoes into small cubes. In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.5 teaspoons of pepper.

  2. 6

    Cook the Potatoes

In a skillet over medium heat, add the seasoned potato cubes and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.

Pancake Preparation

  1. 7

    Make the Pancake Batter

In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 0.5 teaspoons of salt. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk and 1 egg. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

  2. 8

    Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter (about 2-3 tablespoons) onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.

Toast Preparation

  1. 9

    Toast the Bread

Toast 2 slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Spread butter on the toast to your liking.
