Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides. Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and rub it in to ensure they are well-coated.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the seasoned steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time according to your preferred doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

French Fries

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips (approximately 1/4 inch thick). Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 4

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350°F (175°C). Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels. Fry the potatoes in batches for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while hot.

House Salad

  1. 5

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

  2. 6

    Dress the Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss to combine.
