Method

Pancakes

  1. 1

    Prepare Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

  2. 2

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.

  3. 3

    Mix Batter

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. It’s okay if there are a few lumps; do not overmix.

  4. 4

    Cook Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Eggs

  1. 5

    Prepare Eggs

In a small bowl, crack the eggs and add salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 6

    Cook Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a little butter or oil. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble them gently, cooking until just set (about 3-4 minutes).

Meat

  1. 7

    Cook Meat

Choose your meat option. For bacon, cook in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 5-7 minutes). For sausage links, cook according to package instructions, usually about 10-12 minutes. For ham, heat in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until warm.
