Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are well coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and pat them dry. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Toast the Buns
While the chicken is grilling, slice the brioche buns in half and place them on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.

Assemble the Sandwich
Once the chicken is cooked, place each grilled chicken breast on the bottom half of a toasted brioche bun. Top with lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Cover with the top half of the bun.
