Method

Sausage Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Sausage Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground sausage, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until fully combined.

  2. 2

    Shape the Patties

Divide the sausage mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and browned.

Egg Preparation

    Prepare the Eggs

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.

  2. 5

In the same skillet used for the sausage, add butter and melt over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble until cooked to your liking.

Sandwich Assembly

On one half, layer the sausage patty, scrambled eggs, sliced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions.

  4. 9

    Top the Sandwich

Place the other half of the toasted English muffin on top to complete the sandwich.
