Chicken Tenders
Dipping Sauce
Method
Chicken Tenders Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow dishes, place flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in the third.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Take each chicken strip, first coat it in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the bread crumb mixture. Ensure every piece is well-coated.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 5
Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the skillet. Fry for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6
Drain and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
Dipping Sauce Preparation
- 7
- 8
Serve
Transfer the dipping sauce to a serving bowl and serve alongside the chicken tenders.
