Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

  2. 2

    Drain and Set Aside

Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside, reserving about 1 cup of the pasta water.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Add Vegetables

Add the bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  3. 5

    Add Spinach

Stir in the spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 6

    Mix Pasta and Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss well to combine.

  2. 7

    Season the Pasta

Pour in the reserved pasta water, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together over low heat for another 2-3 minutes.

  3. 8

    Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately and enjoy your Pasta Primavera!
