Bread Preparation

Slice the Baguette
Using a serrated knife, slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Brush with Olive Oil
Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil.

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the bread slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

Chop the Tomatoes
Dice the Roma tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
