Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salsa Verde

In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, capers, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Branzino

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Rub the fish all over with olive oil, then season inside and out with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Grill the Branzino

Place the branzino on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. During the last few minutes of cooking, place the halved lemon cut-side down on the grill to char.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the branzino from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Squeeze the grilled lemon over the fish and spoon the salsa verde generously over the top. Enjoy!
