Shrimp Preparation

Prepare the Shrimp
In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and black pepper. In a separate dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, place breadcrumbs.

Bread the Shrimp
Coat each shrimp first in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each shrimp is evenly coated.

Fry the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded shrimp in batches and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Add Wine and Lemon
Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for about 3-5 minutes until slightly reduced.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in chopped parsley and lemon zest. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

On a serving plate, arrange the fried shrimp and drizzle generously with the garlic-white wine butter sauce. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
