Pasta Primavera Directions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- 3
Add the Vegetables
Add the diced bell peppers and sliced zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they begin to soften.
- 4
Incorporate Cherry Tomatoes and Spinach
Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach leaves. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the tomatoes are slightly softened.
- 5
Combine Pasta and Season
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together gently to combine and heat through.
- 6
Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious Pasta Primavera!
