Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sauce

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Brush half of the prepared sauce over the chicken during the last minute of cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Salmon

In the same skillet (add more oil if necessary), place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Brush half of the prepared sauce over the salmon during the last minute of cooking.

  4. 4

    Cook the Shrimp

In a separate pan, add a bit of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the shrimp before removing from heat.

  5. 5

    Serve

Arrange the cooked chicken, salmon, and shrimp on a serving plate. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the top and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
