Method

Preparation of Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken tenderloins with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 2

    Bread the Chicken

Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dredge each chicken tenderloin in flour, dip it in the egg, and coat it with breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Bake the Chicken

Place the breaded chicken tenderloins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Cooking Pasta

  1. 4

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and the imported pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 5

    Mix Pasta and Sauce

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and pomodoro sauce. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated.

  2. 6

    Layer the Dish

In a greased baking dish, spread half of the pasta and sauce mixture. Place the baked chicken tenderloins on top, then layer with the remaining pasta and sauce.

Baking and Serving

  1. 7

    Add Cheese and Bake

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  2. 8

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your baked chicken parmesan pasta!
