Prepare the Eggs
In a large bowl, crack the eggs and beat them until well mixed. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the eggs. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fluffy and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.

Cook the Bacon
Place the bacon strips in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy, turning occasionally, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and keep warm.
- 3
Cook the Sausage Links
In another skillet, cook the sausage links over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- 4
Prepare the Hash Browns
In a skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat. Add the hash browns and spread them out evenly. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Make the Pancakes
In a large bowl, combine pancake mix and milk. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
