Bread the Fish
Dip each fish fillet in flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each fillet is evenly coated.

Fry the Fish
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the Roasted Corn and Red Pepper Medley
In a separate skillet, add corn and diced red bell pepper. Sauté over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

Prepare the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with your favorite dressing. Toss well to combine.

Cook the French Fries
Prepare french fries according to package instructions or fry fresh potatoes until golden and crispy.

On a large platter, arrange the golden fish fillets, coleslaw, roasted corn and red pepper medley, and french fries. Serve hot.
