Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish Fillets

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third.

  2. 2

    Bread the Fish

Dip each fish fillet in flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each fillet is evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Fry the Fish

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. 4

Prepare the Roasted Corn and Red Pepper Medley

In a separate skillet, add corn and diced red bell pepper. Sauté over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with your favorite dressing. Toss well to combine.

  6. 6

    Cook the French Fries

Prepare french fries according to package instructions or fry fresh potatoes until golden and crispy.

  7. 7

    Serve

On a large platter, arrange the golden fish fillets, coleslaw, roasted corn and red pepper medley, and french fries. Serve hot.
