Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Melt Butter and Mix Sugars
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.

Add Chocolate Chips and Pecans
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve
Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Serve with pecan praline ice cream, caramel, and white chocolate sauce.
