1. Cook the Fettuccine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and artichoke hearts, cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes until mushrooms are soft.

4. Make the Marsala Sauce

Pour in the Marsala wine and scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly reduced.

5. Combine and Serve

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, simmer for another 2-3 minutes to heat through. Serve over fettuccine and garnish with chopped parsley.
