1. Make the glaze
In a medium bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, fresh orange juice, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and orange zest until well combined. Set aside.
2. Warm and glaze the pork
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the cooked, shredded pork and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Pour the glaze over the pork and simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat all pieces and thicken into a glossy glaze.
3. Finish with green onions
Scatter sliced green onions over the pork and cook for an additional 1 minute to soften and release aroma.
