Chill glass
Place a highball glass in the freezer for 2–3 minutes to chill, then wipe dry.

Add ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes (about 6 cubes).

Pour Coke
Pour 355 ml Coca-Cola into the glass over the ice.

Add lime juice
Add 15 ml fresh lime juice to the Coke.

Garnish
Squeeze a lime wedge over the drink, drop it in, and add 6 fresh mint leaves.

Sweeten (optional)
If desired, add 5 ml of sugar syrup and stir gently to combine.
