Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add 200 grams of spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Fish Preparation

  1. 2

    Sauté the Fish

In a skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once hot, add 300 grams of white fish fillet. Season with 1 teaspoon of black pepper and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. 3

    Add Garlic and Lemon

In the same skillet, add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and stir to combine.

  3. 4

    Combine Fish and Sauce

Return the cooked fish to the skillet, and gently break it into chunks. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and 100 ml of white wine. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

  4. 5

    Finish with Parsley

Stir in 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and color.

Combine and Serve

  1. 6

    Mix Pasta and Sauce

In a large serving bowl, combine the drained spaghetti with the fish and sauce mixture. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
