Method

Crab Legs and Lobster Tails

  1. 1

    Cook the Crab Legs

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the snow crab legs and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise, season with salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Shrimp Scampi

  1. 3

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink.

  3. 5

    Make the Sauce

Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for about 3 minutes until slightly reduced. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Asparagus

  1. 6

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add the asparagus. Blanch for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

Whipped Potatoes

  1. 7

    Cook the Potatoes

Peel and chop the russet potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.

  2. 8

    Whip the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mash and whip until smooth and creamy.
