Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Grey Goose Vodka and 1 oz of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake the Cocktail
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Top with Sparkling Wine
Gently top the cocktail with 2 oz of sparkling wine, pouring it slowly to maintain the bubbles.

Garnish the drink with an elderflower blossom or a twist of lemon peel. Serve immediately.
