Method

Preparing the Crostini

  1. 1

    Slice the Baguette

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

  2. 2

    Brush with Olive Oil

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.

  3. 3

    Bake the Crostini

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Preparing the Bruschetta Topping

  1. 4

Chop the Heirloom Tomatoes and Peaches

Dice the heirloom tomatoes and peaches into small pieces. Combine them in a mixing bowl.

  2. 5

    Add Fresh Basil

Chop the fresh basil and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes and peaches.

  3. 6

    Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze

Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the mixture and add black pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine.

Assembling the Bruschetta

  1. 7

    Top the Crostini

Take the toasted crostini and top each piece with a generous amount of the tomato and peach mixture.

  2. 8

    Add Burrata

Tear the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and place on top of the bruschetta.

  3. 9

    Serve

Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and serve immediately, garnished with extra basil if desired.
