Method
Preparing the Crostini

Slice the Baguette
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Brush with Olive Oil
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.

Bake the Crostini
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Preparing the Bruschetta Topping

Chop the Heirloom Tomatoes and Peaches
Dice the heirloom tomatoes and peaches into small pieces. Combine them in a mixing bowl.

Add Fresh Basil
Chop the fresh basil and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes and peaches.

Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the mixture and add black pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine.
Assembling the Bruschetta

Top the Crostini
Take the toasted crostini and top each piece with a generous amount of the tomato and peach mixture.

Add Burrata
Tear the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and place on top of the bruschetta.

Serve
Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and serve immediately, garnished with extra basil if desired.
